Rebecca West practices in family court. Ms. West has extensive practice in complex family court litigation including divorce, child custody, property division, and Department of Social Services (DSS) matters.

ATTORNEY

Jonathan Harling

Jonathan was born and raised in Edgefield, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996. In 1999, he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school, Jonathan served as a law clerk for the Honorable William P. Keesley, Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. He then served as an assistant solicitor for the Honorable Donald V. Myers in Lexington, South Carolina from 2000 to 2004. He has been in private practice ever since representing people from all over South Carolina.

In 2010, Jonathan received an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubble. AV Preeminent is a significant ratings accomplishment – it is a testament that a lawyer’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.
